Return Policy

Please make sure that you understand our purchase and return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before buying or physically sending any items back to us. bensultd.com reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.
General Returns
1. All returns must be sent back within 24hours of receipt of the item. We only accept products in their original condition.
Please note that we cannot process any product that are returned without our prior knowledge. Items can only be returned if only is (a) Mis-shipped product (2) Colour Error (3) Damaged or defective item is delivered.
a. Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a replacement.
b. Colour Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a replacement . (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)

Canceling Orders (Before delivery)
If an order is canceled before delivery, Sharp Intelligence Ltd, managers of bensultd.com will charge a management fee of 30 -40%
Returning for replacement
All returns must be sent within 24hrs of the shipment being delivered. We only accept items in their original condition - and must have the tags and seal intact and still attached. Please provide a detailed explanation in the return package.
1. Quality Issues:
(1). If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective as described, you will receive a refund or replacement for the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees.
(2). If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you with no refund.
